  • A 50% payment of the total house price must be made as a deposit before arrival.
  • No refunds will be issued once the payment has been made.
  • In case the stay must be cancelled for any personal reason (travel, work, health —a medical certificate is required—, etc.), no refunds will be given, nor can the deposit be applied to another stay.
  • Check-in time is from 12:00 p.m., and check-out time is 5:00 p.m. Any stay exceeding these times will be charged as an additional day.
